Emily teaches therapeutic yoga based on Ashtanga Yoga on a private and group basis. Her teaching is suitable for anyone.

“Yoga gives you space to breathe and it’s a beautifully uplifting and grounding practice for your heart and spirit. It can help ease pain and give you more strength and hope.

“My teaching is gentle and respectful of wherever you are in your life. Yoga philosophy is woven into every class, as are the principles of meditation and breathwork and you will learn techniques you can use at any time in life to ground yourself and feel safer and better.

“Through practicing yoga, this combination of breath, movement and gaze point, people often feel calmer and that they naturally start to make more positive choices and live in a way that is more in harmony with the rest of nature.”

Teaching background
Emily’s yoga teaching background includes work in London, Europe, India, South Africa and the US. She holds a Yoga Teacher 500 Hour Diploma from the UK’s National Governing Body of Yoga, The British Wheel of Yoga, and holds other specialist training certifications.
